Thank you for your interest in our Holiday Gift Drive, coordinated by HOPEsudbury in partnership with the Sudbury Office of Social Work. The drive is open to families with children residing in Sudbury MA and/or in SPS/LS schools. Residents accessing community services such as housing subsidies, SNAP benefits, WIC, childcare vouchers, etc. are invited to apply. Because of limited resources, we are only able to offer this program to the first 50 families who complete and submit this form; we ask that if you are receiving holiday assistance from another community resource, please do not apply. All applications are due October 24 and we will notify families no later than November 1 if we are able to fulfill their wish lists. Gifts will be distributed December 13 & 14 at Sewataro.
